Interns with the Partnership for Public Service staff at end-of-year receptionThoughout the year, students will attend out-of-class events that explore policy, public service, concentration-related topics, and professional development.

Students are required to attend at least three events over the course of the year and submit a one page written reflection for each of these three events. These events may be on campus, around Washington, D.C., and include events sponsored by the Federal Fellows office. Upcoming approved events are available on the Events blog and calendar.

Relevant event suggestions from students are welcome and may be proposed for approval to the graduate assistant. Suggested events must be approved at least 24 hours in advance so that they can be shared with all program participants. The one page written reflection must be submitted within one week to receive credit.
